[Knight] was in a deep valley.

There stood a steep cliff on both sides and the fog embraced the surroundign area.  Throbbing sounds could be heard from somewhere.  The strange sound was gradually comgin closer to Knight.  It seemed to be coming from high above...  With strained eyes, Knight looked high above...  It was a huge dragon, one that was never seen before.

OUTCOME 1

For a second, the dragon looked at [Knight]'s eyes as if the dragon was ginning. [Knight] left the area in a falsh.  Fortunately, the huge dragon could not enter the narrow valley. [Knight] barely escaped.

OUTCOME 2

Fortunately, it has not noticed [Knight] yet. [Knight] stood forzen in fear, waiting for the dragon to fly away.  The dragon whirled in midair for a while, then flew away.  As [Knight] looked at the dragon's footprint, [footprint?  Even though it has been stated several times the dragon is in the air?]   The [Item] was lying there.  The dragon must have dropped it. [Knight] quickly picked it up, and then left the valley before the dragon came back.

[Knight] obtained [Item].
