Forsena
Useless character taking up a chair at the dinner table? Tired of Bilcock putting your kingdom in mortal danger?
Sick of hearing Gush bitch about how boring palace life is? Send them on a quest!
In all, Quests have 6 possible outcomes:
  1. Your Knight gains a point in STR, INT or AGI
  2. Your Knight recruits a monster
  3. Your Knight recruits a "Quest Knight"
  4. Your Knight retrieves a rare item
  5. Your Knight is injured and has to rest for a month! (Seems to happen about 40-50% of the time
  6. There's another outcome which is rare and *usually* only happens once per game.
Most quests will have two of the possible outcomes listed above. Some quests have three outcomes, and some quests only have one.

Notes:

  • In the game, the name of the quested Knight will appear where [Knight] appears in my text.
  • Also, I will sometimes comment using [ ] brackets.
  • At the end of some quests, I will offer comments or analyses.

USELESS NOTE: Upon returning from a quest, most Knights say, "I've just returned from my quest." However, a select few are dissimilar:
    Meriott: "Hi! I'm back!"
Gallo: "I'm back from my quest!"

    A final note on Quests:

I must say that to a certain extent the knights of the various kingdoms are foolhardy. I mean, reaching into mysterious holes that may have treasure in them, just to get stung by a viper... coming across a bottle of unknown liquid in the road and drinking it without hesitation... Eating other people's food (the vat of honey)... Eating a mushroom offered by some strange dwarf... These are the men and women with whom the Lords entrust the safety of their countries? It's no wonder the continent is wrought with war.
