[Knight] met a man grinding sandstone in a cabin.

Old man:  Would you like to try out?

[Knight] started to grind the sandstone as the old man suggested.  After a while, [Knight] tried to give the sandstone back to the old man, but it would not leave [Knight]'s hand.  Calmly, the old man spoke to [Knight]....

Old Man:  This sandstone is cursed.  It will never leave your hand unless someone else grinds the stone for you.  I grinded that thing for twenty years.

After saying that, the old man left, leaving [Knight] in dismay.  As [Knight] started to resist, the sandstone started to grind itself.

On the first day, [Knight] struggled to be freed from the sandstone.  But [Knight]'s hand kept grinding the sandstone by itself.

On the second day, [Knight] was in despair.  “Why did this happen to me?” But [Knight]'s hands kept grinding the sandstone by itself

On the third day, [Knight] wondered, “How is my country doing without me?”  But [Knight]'s hands kept grinding the sandstone by itself.

On the fourth day, [Knight] cried out, “There were sp many things I wanted to do!”  But [Knight]'s hands kept grinding the sandstone by itself.

On the fifth day, [Knight] was in an impotent state.  “I guess there is nothing I could do but grind this stone.”  Of course, [Knight]'s hands kept grinding the sandstone by itself.

By the sixth day, [Knight] lost all sense of reality and gave up hope...  [Knight]s’ hands kept grinding the sandstone by itself.

Then, on the seventh day...

Crack!

The sandstone suddenly cracked open.  The curse must have been broken.  As [Knight] stared on, freedom was restored.  [Knight] stared at the two halves of the sandstone.  Even with the painful blisters, [Knight] was relieved...

As [Knight]'s body started to move freely, [Knight] became more and more relaxed...  As [Knight] walked out of the cabin, a cool breeze was a welcome sign.
