Soothsayer: You there, would you like to have your fortune told?[Knight] decided to let her try.
Soothsayer: Now, draw one from this set of cards.
[Knight] drew a card as instructed.
Soothsayer: Let me see... Ha, [Attribute] card? Your fate is insteresintg. That’s all I can tell you...
What she said made [Knight] even more curious. [Knight] tried to get more information out of her... But she would not give any further information.
Soothsayer: I would rather give you the power of the card.
Then she snapped her finger. All of a sudden, the card became a glaring silver light, shining all over.
[Knight] eyes closed. Some sort of power was filling into [Knight]’s body.
Soothsayer: Go ahead and overcome the cross awaiting you with the power. [If anybody knows what the heck this is supposed to mean, please clue me in.]
[Knight] gained X [Attribute] points.
As [Knight]’s eyes opened, the mysterious soothsayer was gone...
